The Little Medical School
The Little Medical School brings together medicine, science, and the importance of health to children in an entertaining, exciting, and fun way. Program activities will include hands-on demonstrations, crafts, and games to actively engage children as they explore the world of medicine. The week-long program will run from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. each day at the LU Nursing and Allied Health Center in Dardenne Prairie. The program is open to children Kindergarten through 5th grade. The Little Nursing School brings together nursing, science, and the importance of health to children in an entertaining, exciting, and fun way. Children will learn and have fun as they dress up like nurses, learn how to use instruments nurses use, and understand how the body works! Lindenwood University offers an array of athletic camps during Summer on the main campus, Skyway Farms, and the Wentzville Ice Arena. Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Track, Cross Country and Ice Hockey will offer opportunities for kids ranging from grade school to high school to improve upon their skills.
