Richard Davison
brings over 30
years of high
school,
national,
collegiate and
international
water polo
experience to
the Lindenwood
women's water
polo program.
Among his
experience was
serving as the
assistant coach
to the
Lindenwood men's
water polo
program for the
last six years.
During that
time, he
contributed to a
squad that won
two national
championships
and four
conference
championships.
Davison brings
over 25 years of
experience as a
professional
water polo
referee and swim
official for the
Missouri State
High School
Athletic
Association and
the NCAA
Collegiate Water
Polo
Association.
Davison
received his
undergraduate
degree from
Missouri, and
earned his
master's degree
from Webster. He
is a nationally
certified human
resources
professional
with the Senior
Professional
Human Resources
(SPHR)
designation.
