Mr. Bruce Canan, JD
Mr. Canan began with Lindenwood University as an Adjunct Professor in 2009 and was hired as a full-time faculty member in 2011. He currently teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management program as well as advises students across the disciplines within the accelerated program known as LCIE. He is a member of the Ohio Bar, and he has served national healthcare organizations and community hospitals in legal services and human resources capacities. He brings to Lindenwood extensive healthcare management experience and has practiced law in the areas of Elder Law and Social Security Disability.
Ms. Shannon Highley
Ms. Highely received her BA in English, BS in Business, and MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She taught graduate and undergraduate marketing as an adjunct faculty member at Lindenwood University from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Ms. Highley became a full-time instructor and faculty advisor. She teaches graduate marketing and communications. She has more then 15 years of sales and marketing management experience in the service, manufacturing, and nonprofit industries. Shannon also advises students across the disciplines with the accelerated program known as LCIE.
Mr. Roy Lantry
Roy Lantry is currently completing his PhD in the School of Public Health at Saint Louis University. He earned a master's degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville coupled with a bachelor's degree in Education and English from Quincy University. Roy began as an adjunct instructor with Lindenwood University in 2011. He currently teaches graduate healthcare strategies, marketing, and global healthcare as well as a Freshman Experience course. In addition to these teaching responsibilities, Roy also advises students across the disciplines within the accelerated program known as LCIE. Roy's background includes working within the pharmaceutical industry where he worked in a start-up biotechnology corporation to help them become a major corporation within this field. His past positions include Territory Sales Representative, Hospital Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and National Account Manager.
Dr. Cindy K. Manjounes
Dr. Manjounes has her BA in Communications from UMSL; her MS in Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University; her EdD with emphasis in Instructional Leadership from Lindenwood University; and is ABD in pursuit of her PhD in Public Policy from Walden University. Dr. Manjounes spent several years in the healthcare and managed care industries prior to working full time in academia. Dr. Manjounes is the Associate Dean of Academics. She oversees the accelerated program at the Belleville campus known as LCIE. She also is faculty sponsor for student government and oversees the freshman orientation courses known as LUL 10100. Dr. Manjounes also advises students from across the disciplines as well as various programs.
Ms. Anna Young, JD
Anna Young earned a juris doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is admitted to the bar in Illinois. Anna has worked as an assistant public defender, as well as a prosecutor within the St. Clair County Violent Crimes Unit. Prior to coming to Lindenwood, Anna served as Chief of the Children’s Justice Division in the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office. She has taught criminal justice courses at the Southwestern Illinois College Police Academy and St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department Correctional Officer’s Academy. She advises undergraduate and graduate students in the LCIE Program and teaches criminal justice courses with LCIE.
