Journalism
Ther Journalism program focuses on how to gather, write, edit, and present news to a mass audience using written and electronic means.

The Bachelor of Arts in Journalism consists of a total of 48 hours. The following core courses (27 hours) are required: COM 13500, 15400, 23300, 24200, 29100, 30000, 30600, 40100, and 46500. An additional 21 hours are required of either major emphasis. Print/Internet: (COM 29200, 30500, 32500, 33400, 43500), (COM 30800, 44500, or PS 30700), and either COM 30800 or 45000. Broadcast: (COM 15100, 30400, 32800, 34300, 39000), (COM 25600, 30101, 30102, or 44500), and either COM 35400 or 45000.
