Kay retired from Boeing Corporation in 1998 after 33 years working in many different positions including Manager of Employee Community Services. She started with Lindenwood the day after retirement teaching Information Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Kay taught Microsoft application classes part-time at Meramec and St. Charles Community College off and on from 1995-2005. She joined the School of Communications in 2008 teaching Oral Communications, and later, Written Communications for Business, along with teaching Excel for Professionals for the School of Business.
IItegrity Resource Center - Mission focuses on honesty in the workplace. Monthly meetings and quarterly luncheons with high level speakers relating how they incorporate integrity into their workplace.
