Deb Ayres has served as the Vice President of Human Resources since 2013. Her responsibilities include leadership and oversight of HR, benefits, and payroll functions for approximately 5,000 full and part time employees. Prior to leading HR functions for the university, Dr. Ayres served the Lindenwood School the Education as an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Educational Leadership Department. She worked primarily with graduate students wishing to become school superintendents and principals. Her areas of expertise include human resources management, employee development and evaluation, and leadership. Prior to joining the faculty at Lindenwood, Dr. Ayres served as an Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources in the Kirkwood School District for 18 years.
