Please contact Jackie Turner, jturner1@lindenwood.edu, for all certification forms. These are to be filled out by the applicant and either faxed or emailed to the Certification Officer.
Once an application has been completed by the applicant in the DESE system, the applicant then needs to follow up with Jackie Turner to notify her that the application is currently pending approval.
