Natasha Kolesnikova is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Mississippi. Her primary areas of interest are labor economics, urban economics, and applied microeconomics.
Dr. Kolesnikova's experience includes serving as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and as a visiting scholar in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University. Her recent scholarly work includes publications in the Review of Economics and Statistics and the Journal of Labor Economics.
Dr. Kolesnikova received her BS and MS in mathematics from Novosibirsk State University, Russia (1995, 1997) and her MS in economics and PhD in economics and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University (2004, 2007).
