Start Date: August 2013
Purpose of Position: To support Dean, Director, and counselors in ways of administrative and customer service duties.
Duties & Responsibilities: Follow-up with inquiries; manage student admissions appointments; answer phone lines and respond to emails; maintain and manage student files/records; complete data-entry tasks; other duties and responsibilities may be included.
Position Requirements: Strong customer service skills; detail-oriented; effective written and oral communication; handle multiple tasks simultaneously; reliable attendance; high level of professionalism and maturity; competency in Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel; ability to handle conflicts independently.
Education Requirements: Must be a Lindenwood University graduate student. Student must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Experience Requirements: Customer service and administrative experience is preferred.
