To answer all help desk calls and help desk emails and log appropriate trouble tickets. Provide superior customer service to walk-in users who are having problems, and assist with basic troubleshooting of technical issues. This position is 100% customer service. This individual needs to use a lot of patience and be polite. Hours of operations are between 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. We will work with you to come up with a mutually agreed work schedule that it would satisfy the IT Dept. as well as meeting the GA requirements.
Must be enrolled as a Graduate Student.
Office related experience is highly recommended. Previous experience performing data entry and providing customer service.
