To support director with administrative and customer service duties.
Follow-up with inquiries; manage student admissions appointments; answer phone lines and respond to emails; maintain and manage student files/records; complete data-entry tasks; support other office personnel including the dean, director, and counselors; other duties and responsibilities may be included.
Education Requirements: (including training, registration, licensure and accreditation)
Must be a Lindenwood University graduate student. Student must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Work Experience Requirements:
Customer service and administrative experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills; detail-oriented; effective written and oral communication; handle multiple tasks simultaneously; reliable attendance; high level of professionalism and maturity; competency in Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel; ability to handle conflicts independently.
