Purpose of Position: To assist with the daily operations of the Academic Success Center and to provide support for student-athletes.
Duties & Responsibilities: Mentoring at-risk and freshman student-athletes; assisting academic coordinators with the support of student-athlete academic goals; supervision of day time, evening, and weekend study hall; determining the academic support needs of a group of student-athletes; and other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Academic Support and the Director of Student-Athlete Development.
Education Requirements: (including training, registration, licensure and accreditation)
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline, 3.0 undergraduate GPA, enrollment in a graduate degree program at the St. Charles location.
Work Experience Requirements:
Former student-athlete and experience working with student-athletes is preferred.
