Lindenwood University's women's basketball team, ranked 9th in the nation with a record of 28-5, will play Northwestern, Minn. (23-6) at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, March 9 in the first round of the NAIA national basketball tournament in Sioux City, Iowa.

The men, with a record of 22-13, played 15th-ranked Robert Morris (25-9) at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, in Branson, MO.

Both teams will be honored tonight at halftime of the St. Louis Swarm basketball game at the Family Arena in St. Charles.
