Lindenwood University celebrated the grand reopening of its campus bookstore with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, August 17.
The bookstore, located at 1905A First Capitol Drive, has nearly tripled in size, said bookstore manager Gene Goldstein. Renovation was just over at $500,000.
"This new facility will serve students as well as the community in general," said Goldstein. "It's a great location and we have room to grow."
Nearly 100 guests watched Lindenwood President Dennis Spellmann, Board Chairman Ray Harmon, Goldstein and St. Charles Mayor Patti York cut the ribbon.
