Classes offered in Lincoln County
March 19, 2003
Beginning the week of April 1, Lindenwood University will begin offering adult evening classes at the Academy of Higher Education in Moscow Mills.
The classes are the result of a partnership between Lindenwood and the Lincoln County School District. LU currently teaches undergraduate dual credit courses at the site for Troy Buchanan students.
“We are very happy to have the opportunity to be a part of the Lincoln County community,” said Rick Boyle, Dean of Education.
Evening classes are offered in the LCIE “cluster” format, which is specifically designed for working adults. Classes meet 13 times in an 11-week period, generally from 6 - 10 pm. Courses will be scheduled on a quarter system, and allow students to earn nine semester credits during each quarter.
Classes offered at the Academy of Higher Education will supplement course offerings at Lindenwood’s Wentzville campus.
Lindenwood is an independent, liberal arts institution that has provided quality, accelerated programs since 1975. For more information on the Academy’s open house or Lindenwood University, contact Ann Neighbors at 636-332-0847.
