Lindenwood University’s Young Hall Auditorium will be the site of a debate at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 10, between the candidates for mayor of St. Charles in the upcoming municipal election on April 5.
St. Charles Mayor Patti York will debate with State Representative Sally Faith (R-15th District) at the event, which is jointly sponsored by the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and Lindenwood University. Joseph Cernik, professor of political science at Lindenwood, will moderate the debate, which is free and open to the public.
York is seeking her fourth term as mayor, and Faith was elected in November to her fourth term in the Missouri House of Representatives.
The forum will be broadcast live on Lindenwood’s television station, LUTV, channel 989 on Charter Cable, channel 99 on AT&T U-Verse, and online at www.lindenwood.edu/LUTV.
