Registration will open with the notification of proposal acceptance on June 15, 2013.

The preconference will be the morning of Friday, September 20.  The full conference will begin with lunch on Friday, September 20 and run into the afternoon of Saturday, September 21.

Conference registration fees include lunch and dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.  Preconference registration includes breakfast on Friday.
