Pre-Nursing Lindenwood University has an articulation agreement with Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing (BJCoN) in St. Louis. Students pursue a two year course of study at Lindenwood and then transfer to BJCoN for two years of work leading to the BSN degree. A similar schedule of coursework will prepare students to enter other BSN programs as well.
