Lindenwood University offers 7 male and 8 female residence halls, centrally located on our main campus. Each residence hall is supervised by a live-in Resident Director (RD). He/she oversees the general well-being and safety of the resident. Along with a staff of student Resident Advisors, they assist and support the students with the day to day challenges of university life.

APARTMENT STYLE HOUSING
This option is available to both male and female students with 34 or more credit hours. Residents live in apartments, duplex, or house setting with other students. Lindenwood University furnishes a bed, desk and chair, and dresser for each student as well as utilities (water, electric & gas). The residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own telephone and cable service. All LU houses & apartments are located within a few blocks of the main campus.

NON-TRADITIONAL HOUSING
This option is available to single parents (male/female).
Single parents may live in apartment-style living as well as select houses. Each apartment accommodates two mothers/fathers. The houses are shared by 2 parents and their children, in a shared living environment. Lindenwood University furnishes utilities (water, electric & gas). Telephone and cable service are the residents’ responsibility. Due to the number of applicants, there is a large wait list. Applicants should speak to the housing office before submitting a housing application.
