Group Exercise Classes


We provide and extend exercise classes during the week for Lindenwood student, faculty, and staff.

Class Offerings:

Boot Camp: This class is a fun and fast-paced workout designed for people of all fitness levels. Boot Camp will include segments of aerobics endurance, muscle toning, and core strengthening.

Core & Stretch: Core exercises are designed to tone your abdominals, lower back, buns, and thighs. The stretching portion will focus on lengthening your muscles and improving your flexibility, leaving you feeling long, lean, and energized.

Total Body Tone: This class incorporates the use of dumbbells, Swiss balls, medicine balls, and your own body weight. It is a strength training session designed to tone and tighten your entire body.

Jiu - Jitsu: A martial art, combat sport, and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Focuses on submissions without the use of strikes. Training methods include technique drills, isolation sparring, and full sparring.

X - Fit: Strength and conditioning that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettles, plyometrics, running, jump-roping, and medicine ball training.

Cardio Challenge: Come to Cardio challenge and put your cardiovascular system to test! We will be mixing it up and killing calories! Class is good for burning fat and increasing cardiac capabilities.
