Printer Maintenance and Support

Lindenwood University’s printer maintenance is now contracted through DNT (Document & Network Technologies, Inc.). They will provide service, maintenance, and toner. Faculty or staff will still be responsible for fulfilling the paper stock. Classroom printers with repairs, toner or network connectivity issues will remain the responsibility of the computer services department. For classroom printer problems, supply issues, please call or email the Help Desk, at extension 5100 with the ID#. For any non classroom printers, write down the DNT tag number (equipment id) that is affixed to your printer prior to contacting DNT for service or toner.



Report your problem by going online. From your web browser, go to http://www.dntstl.com.



From DNT’s main page, click on the “Service Requests” panel. Enter the tag number or

Equipment Id number in the box provided.

For toner orders, select “My machine is working” from the pull down menu. If there is a printer malfunction, select “My machine is not working.”

Select the appropriate Description of Problem and type in the problem in the comments section.

Enter your name and contact number and click the Submit Request button.

If all the required information is entered, you will receive a confirmation page.



If you have any problems in getting a solution or you are reporting a printer in a classroom, please collect the DNT “ID” Number then call Computer Services at 636.255.5100 or email the Help Desk
