The Help Desk is staffed Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm; and Saturday from 8a-4pm. It is located in the main
Information Services office inside the Spellmann Center Connection Center.
The Help Desk serves as a single point of contact for all information technology services; including, but not
limited to, computer, network, audio-visual, email, telephone, and cable television services.
