Ashley Gerald, a two-time alumna of Lindenwood University, and behavior interventionist at Lusher was surprised with a Miliken Educator Award from the Miliken Family Foundation in front of the whole school at a surprise assembly.

Public health student Rosa Rodriguez was selected as one of ten students across Missouri to participate in the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development Journey to College Student Ambassador program. Rodriguez joined the other student ambassadors on April 23 in Jefferson City for a day-long workshop meeting.

In late May, Lindenwood University had the honor of recognizing the Emily Suttles Endowed Scholarship in a ceremony with family and colleagues.

For the third consecutive year, Lindenwood University has been recognized for its honorable commitment to helping undergraduate students learn, grow, and succeed by Colleges of Distinction, a unique guide for college-bound students. Lindenwood has been named a 2022-2023 College of Distinction and a Missouri College of Distinction.

Eight Lindenwood University Band members were selected to perform in the St. Louis Wind Symphony Youth Ensemble this past March.

Lindenwood University fashion design and fashion business and entrepreneurship student Kimberly Murphy was selected to participate in the 2022 Gyo Obata Fellowship.

In April, Lindenwood’s Percussion Ensemble was selected to perform at the Central States Performance Association (CSPA) Championships held at Francis Howell High School.
