Fellow Lions,
I write today with a heavy heart in reflection of the events yesterday at Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis. The unexplainable loss of students and educators is painful, and we extend our most heartfelt sympathies to the loved ones grieving today.
For many of our colleagues and students, this tragedy hits close to home and I want each of you to know that our community is here to support you. Campus resources are available to all students and all employees.

Yesterday’s events impact each of us in different ways. Treat one another with grace and compassion. Check in with one another in the coming days. Reach out if you need help. Every student and employee of Lindenwood University matters, and I wish you peace in the days ahead.
