Jordan Boedeker received the Young Alumni Award from Lindenwood University in April.
A 2018 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Boedeker’s classmates nominated her for the honor. Upon finding out she won the award, Boedeker was in “complete shock.”
“While I always recognized the profound impact Lindenwood had on my life, I never anticipated that I would also leave a lasting mark on the University,” she said. “The memories I created during my four and ½ years at LU hold a special place in my heart – from winning national titles with the Lionettes dance team, to being part of Delta Zeta, experiencing the campus dining transformations, cheering at every home football game, late-night study sessions, and meeting incredible individuals from around the world who shaped who I am today.
“The young alumni award represents more than just a physical plaque; it signifies that my journey to attend a private university in Saint Charles, Missouri, was divinely orchestrated. Lindenwood provided me with the platform to learn, grow, evolve, and continuously strive for improvement. Now, I aspire to bring that same drive to the communities I encounter.”
Boedeker works as an account executive for an advertising agency. She and her husband, Isaac, reside in Kansas City, Missouri.
