Lindenwood University is pleased to announce an update to the May 2021 Commencement ceremonies.
Each graduating student will receive four (4) tickets for guests to attend the ceremony in person. Electronic tickets will be emailed to all graduating students one to two weeks before the ceremony. Graduating students will need to print the tickets for their guests or ask all four guests to arrive together and present the digital tickets on a phone to the Family Arena staff.
Any guest, regardless of age, will need a ticket to enter Family Arena. All guests will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the time in Family Arena. Guests should maintain distancing and will be seated in physically distanced pods. Additional safety protocols will be shared in advance of the commencement ceremonies.
Ceremonies are scheduled as follows:
- Friday, May 7 at 7 p.m. – Graduate students from all schools
- Saturday, May 8 at 10 a.m. – Undergraduate students: School of Education; School of Health Sciences; School of Humanities; and School of Sciences
- Saturday, May 8 at 3 p.m. – Undergraduate students: School of Arts, Media, and Communications and Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship
Lindenwood will also live-stream all commencement ceremonies for loved ones celebrating from a distance or unable to attend in person. For more information, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions page on the commencement site.
Lindenwood University continues to monitor the pandemic, and, should county infection rates increase, may modify this plan.
