This program, which is sponsored by the Robert W. Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Department of Management, has been primarily designed for:

  • Men and women who have been working for years and would like earn an advanced graduate degree in Leadership. This leadership degree will prepare them for higher corporate responsibilities in their organization.
  • Business students who want to immediately begin their Leadership graduate degree after completing a degree or concentration in undergraduate business studies.
  • Industry professionals, company executives, and entrepreneurs who would like to keep current on business trends in the global market.
  • International students who would like to enroll in a master’s of arts program that is specifically focused on leadership, as opposed to earning a general MBA degree.

Earning a Master of Arts in Leadership Degree at Lindenwood University

The Master of Arts in Leadership requires at least 30-36 credit hours and operates on a five-term calendar. You must have a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better. The program’s prerequisites are determined depending on each student’s educational background. If your bachelor degree is not in business, or if it didn’t contain similar coursework, then foundation courses may be necessary. Ten courses are required of all students as well as two elective courses A full list of courses is available in our graduate catalog.
