Members of the local community, faculty, staff, and students will have an opportunity to attend a crucial discussion featuring Professor Douglas Husak from Rutgers University. The session, to be held on the Lindenwood campus in St. Charles, will address the causes of mass incarceration.
The evening event will begin with Dr. Husak’s presentation – The Partisan Politics of Overcriminalization – and segue to a panel discussion on the topic of mass incarceration, also featuring Doug Burris, Chief United States Probation Officer for the Eastern District of Missouri, and Thomas Utterback, Critical Analyst Consultant.
