Scheidegger Center for the Arts offers exciting subscription benefits along with allowing subscribers to keep their seats from year to year and give them pre-sale ticket access . The price of your subscriber tickets includes the following benefits for you to enjoy: • Loyalty card • Special refund privileges • Exclusive subscriber reception • Complimentary drink coupons • Discounts on concession snacks • Free admission to academic shows (reservations required) • VIP parking • VIP theater entrance (orchestra level only) For the 2023-2024 season, subscription purchases will be open to new and renewing subscribers. Visit LUBoxOffice.com , call 636-949-4433 , or visit us in person during Box Office hours to purchase a season subscription. Current subscribers will be able to renew their subscriptions from July 18 – 31 and new subscriptions will be available for purchase from August 1 – 14 . Mark your calendars and don’t miss your chance to be a Scheidegger subscriber this season! Single tickets and pick-a-packs will be available starting August 15 . TICKETING • Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at LUBoxOffice.com . • The Box Office will open two hours prior to curtain and remain open until the end of intermission. For shows without an intermission, the Box Office will remain open through the first 30 minutes of the show. • The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, checks,* and gift certificates. *Checks are only accepted when ordering in person. • Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except in the case of event cancellation. Applicable refunds are for the face value of the ticket only and do not include any relevant fees. • If you are unable to attend an event, you can return your ticket as a donation. Your donation will be a tax-deductible gift for the face value of the ticket! You can return as a donation at the Box Office or at LUBoxOffice.com (using the “return ticket without refund” option on the Your Orders page). Please contact us if you have questions. • All patrons (including children) are required to have their own ticket for ticketed events and should occupy the seat indicated on their ticket. • The Box Office offers group rates for orders of 10 or more tickets. We recommend anybody needing additional accommodations to please call the Box Office so we can find the best way to meet your needs. • Save with pick-a-pack! When you buy tickets for at least three touring series shows, you will get the pick-a-pack 10% discount . • The Lindenwood University Campus Box Office is the only official vendor for performances at the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts. Tickets obtained from any other source cannot be guaranteed because they may be counterfeit or otherwise invalid. Any tickets acquired from a source other than the Campus Box Office are purchased at your own risk, are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged. Management reserves the right to revoke any privilege of admission to any person who possesses a counterfeit or otherwise invalid ticket.
