Lindenwood University Spring Dance Concert, 2022

L INDENWOOD UNI VERS I TY CHOREOGRAPHERS MONTANA BEDELL is completing her Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Bachelor of Science in Anthropology (Forensics emphasis) and Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice (Law Enforcement empha- sis). In her spare time, she is completing minors in both Musical Theatre and Sociology. Montana began her formal training at age three at Cathy’s Creative Dance in Independence, Missouri and at age 13 continued her training at A Time to Dance in Raytown, Missouri. While at Lindenwood University, Montana has been cast in several dance concerts and in multiple genres of dance. She was cast in guest artist NSquared Dance Company’s piece “there are beautiful days ahead” and has experienced working with multiple choreographers during her studies. SOPHIANA BOTICH will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance (con- temporary emphasis), a minor in Non-Profit Administration, and a Certificate in Leadership. Since her freshman year, she has performed in all of the Lindenwood dance concerts in a variety of dance styles. She has set three original works on the Lindenwood University Dance Program and is currently working on a piece for Indiana Ballet Theater Northwest. Prior to attending Lindenwood, Sophiana was homeschooled by her parents Dan and Lisa Botich who created a flexible schedule which allowed her to train with Terrence Marling, John Magnus, Elain Bauer-Brown, Ethan Kirschbaum, and with other faculty at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, The Ruth Page Civic Ballet, and Portland Festival Ballet. When Sophiana is not occupied with the arts, she represents Lindenwood University as a President’s Ambassador, and is a decorated member of Lindenwood’s chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma.
