Lindenwood University Spring Dance Concert, 2022
L INDENWOOD UNI VERS I TY MoSTLy Tap. She is a proud alumnus of the 2021 Tap Program at the School of Jacob’s Pillow and has been awarded the School at Jacob’s Pillow Professional Advancement in Dance Award. Megan is a faculty member with Performing Arts Centre and St. Louis Rhythm Collaborative, and serves as a guest artist around the St. Louis area. JAIME MEIER is pursuing Bachelor of Arts degrees in Dance and Business Administration with a minor in Dance Studio Management. During her time at Lindenwood, Jaime had the honor of playing Neleus in Mary Poppins (2018) and has choreographed multiple dance pieces. Jaime’s composition “Desert Longings” incorporated water play in the site-specific SYNERGY dance concert. “The Face of Reality” was awarded the 2020 Outstanding Choreography Lindy award. Her work, “Valley of Vision,” in collaboration with Lindenwood Cinematography students, showcased at the American College Dance Association Conference in March of 2022. The creation process for “Valley of Vision” was recently articulated at Lindenwood’s Student Academic Showcase earlier this April. Jaime completed a business development internship with Vitality Ballet, learning how to design and market adaptive dance classes for senior citizens. Jaime also shares her passion for dance with her students at My King Studio of Dance. Jaime thanks her family for driving her to rehearsals, being the most supportive fan club, and listening to the same five songs on repeat each year. All the glory goes to God, who has incredibly and graciously transformed her story using dance. LILIANAMERIFIELD is a senior at Lindenwood working toward a BFA in dance with an emphasis in Ballet. She received training in ballet, contemporary, jazz, voice, and drama from DaySpring School of the Arts. While a student at DaySpring she per- formed in many musicals such as Little Shop of Horrors, Fiddler on the Roof, and Mary Poppins. Liliana had the opportunity to dance as a trainee with Common Thread Contemporary Ballet for their 2017-2018 season. This year, Liliana is
