How much will it cost for me to take classes at Lindenwood?
The amount that a student is charged depends on many factors. The rates depend on if you are undergraduate or graduate, a campus resident or commuter, and if you are a semester, MBA or Accelerated Degree Programs student. Also, depending on which course(s) that you are taking, there may be course fees. Please refer to the Tuition and Fees page.
For undergraduate day students, we have an Undergraduate Fee Calculator that will help you determine if you will have an out of pocket amount. This form is only an estimate, but may be a useful tool for your semester financial planning.
How do I get a book voucher?
Book vouchers are only issued if there is excess financial aid. If you wish to use a portion of your loans to purchase books, first visit the Campus Barnes & Noble bookstore to determine the cost of your textbooks. Then log into the Student Portal and click on the “My Book Vouchers” tab to complete the request form. Be sure to include the maximum amount you will need to cover books, taxes and any shipping charges in your request. Typically classes that start in the second half of the term should not be included in the book voucher. Instead, we recommend you set aside separate funds to cover books for classes that start later. Any unused portion of your book voucher will be returned to your student account after the book voucher has expired. Notification of your book voucher approval will be sent your Lindenwood student email account. For questions regarding your specific books, you can call the store directly at (636) 627-4743.
When will I receive a refund of my excess financial aid?
Overages that you do not wish to keep can be paid directly to your lender. For those who qualify, the first available date for refunds will be the third Friday of each term. All refunds are processed through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. Please look for information to be mailed/emailed from BankMobile Disbursements in regards to selecting a refund preference. More information about BankMobile Disbursements.
Who do I notify about an address and a last name change?
