Direct Assistance and Solutions Hub (DASH)

Goals and Objectives

  • Provide walk-in support and/or direction for any student question or situation.
  • Provide additional pop-up, mobile services when necessary.
  • If a referral to another office must occur, ensure the student only needs to move once and has a warm-transfer experience.
  • Collaborate with all university departments to provide essential, timely support to students.
  • Even if you don’t know where to start, come as you are, and DASH will ensure your questions are heard and answered.
