In the event of an emergency, 911 should be called immediately. Lindenwood University provides workers’ compensation benefits for all employees in accordance with federal, state, and local laws if a compensable injury is incurred in the course of employment. Employees should immediately report all injuries incurred on the job, no matter how insignificant, to their supervisors and the Director, Benefits. The employee must also complete an incident report which can be located in Workday under the Useful Links worklet. The employee or the supervisor must submit the incident report immediately to the Director, Benefits for authorization to seek medical treatment.
