Completing this form is not a guarantee of reservation acceptance. Seating availability is not guaranteed for orders placed less than 30 days prior to the performance. Capacity is limited and reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis from the time of reservation request.
Incomplete reservation forms cannot be processed. You will be notified within 5-10 business days after receipt of reservation request.

K-12 Matinée Frequently Asked Questions
Who can purchase tickets for these performances?
Any school in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area can submit a reservation order form to purchase tickets for students and chaperones to attend any of the Lindenwood University K-12 Matinée Series performances. Homeschool groups are also welcomed to purchase tickets to these performances.
Does the venue have accessible seating?
Yes, our theater has wheelchair spaces with companion seating as well as transition seats. However, accessible seating is limited. Please contact the Patron Services Coordinator at 636-949-4433 or boxoffice@lindenwood.edu to confirm the current availability of accessible seating.
How long will it take to review my reservation order form?
Reservations will be confirmed as they are received and confirmation emails with order information will be sent to the organizer within 5-10 business days after receipt of reservation request.
Orders cannot be processed with incomplete reservation forms; all required reservation information should be completed. Organizers are responsible for sending relevant details to the Box Office.

Payment is accepted through the morning of the show. If your school or district needs a payment extension beyond the day of the performance, please contact us to make arrangements.
Are teacher tickets free?
Yes, teachers and school staff will receive free admission. Adult chaperones will pay full price. But for every 10 student tickets purchased, the group will receive one free adult chaperone ticket.
While our group is at Lindenwood University, can we have lunch on campus?
Yes! Please inquire with the Patron Services Coordinator at 636-949-4433 or boxoffice@lindenwood.edu to arrange for lunch in the dining hall or lunch in one of our beautiful outdoor spaces.
My group is high school [or middle school] and I'd like my students to see Lindenwood's campus. Can we take a tour?
Of course! Please inquire with the Patron Services Coordinator at 636-949-4433 or boxoffice@lindenwood.edu and they will be happy to connect you with the Enrollment/Admissions Department to arrange for a campus tour and information about Lindenwood.
What if my group reserves tickets to a K-12 matinee, but we need to cancel at a later date?
If your approved group needs to cancel a matinée reservation, please let the Box Office know as early as possible by sending a notification to boxoffice@lindenwood.edu. Any school that cancels after payment is processed will not receive a refund, except in the case of an event cancellation by the venue.
Can our school change our total number of students and adults attending after the initial registration?
Yes, you can adjust your numbers as needed but all changes are subject to ticket availability. If you wish to add to your reservation after your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee seating for additional members or that they will be seated with the rest of the group. Seating availability is not guaranteed for orders placed less than 30 days prior to the performance.
What payment methods does the Box Office accept?
Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit card, check, cash, or purchase order.
Cash will only be accepted in person at the Box Office; do not send cash through the mail.
Credit/debit card payment types will only be taken over the phone and a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to your total.
Checks and purchase orders should be made payable to Lindenwood University.
