HOMECOMING 2017 BELLEVILLE CAMPUS 14 Parents, Family and Alumni Reunion Weekend 2017 is set for October 6-8, and we’re looking forward to rolling out the red carpet for our alumni, the parents and family of our current students, and our community members. It’ll be a great weekend having everyone back on campus to celebrate Lindenwood University-Belleville! Last year, we hosted our inaugural Homecoming Parade, with more than 800 individuals walking alongside our students, faculty, and staff members. It was quite a sight to see and a wonderful new tradition for the university and Belleville community. This year, we’ll host a variety of alumni, parents, and family events along with student activities throughout homecoming week, plus a fall sports lineup that is sure to please the sports enthusiasts out there. Ticket bundles will go on sale in September. We look forward to celebrating Parents, Family and Alumni Reunion Weekend at Homecoming 2017 with you! Events Schedule Subject to Change Friday, October 6, 2017 2 and 3 p.m. / Parents, Family and, Alumni Campus and Dorm Tour, Dixon Center Foyer . Join family members and other parents and guests as they tour campus and our residence halls. 4 p.m. / Parents, Family, and Alumni Welcome Reception and Registration, Dixon Center Foyer. Pick up your welcome packet, including game passes and food tickets if you registered for the weekend in advance. If not, stop by and register for the weekend in order to participate in all the fun events and activities. Join the Theatre Department at a reception for its season opening of A Streetcar Named Desire . Join the Theatre Department for a performance of one of the finest plays of the 20 th century! Line Main Street for our annual Lindenwood University- Belleville Homecoming Parade! We’ll line up at St. Mary Church on Main Street and head toward the Lindenwood University campus, concluding in the Union School parking lot. 11 a.m. / Men’s Rugby vs. Mizzou, Lynx Stadium 12 p.m. / Lynx Picnic, Main Quad Mingle with current students, alumni, friends, and family while enjoying a barbecue before the games begin. 12 p.m. / Lynx Booths Open, Schaltenbrand Lot. Parade Information Saturday, October 7, 11 a.m. The second annual Lindenwood University-Belleville Homecoming Parade will recognize our alumni, athletes, student groups, academic divisions, and local businesses and organizations. The parade line-up will begin at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 1706 W. Main in Belleville. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. and end in the Union School parking lot. RSVP/Ticket Information for All-Inclusive Passes ALUMNI REUNION PASS The cost for all-inclusive alumni events for the weekend is $20 in advance.
