Faculty requiring students to purchase instructional materials they’ve written should refer to the following guidelines.

Faculty members (full-time, part-time, or adjunct instructors) who require students to purchase a textbook or any other instructional materials they themselves have written must donate any royalties earned on books purchased by students in that class to either the Emergency Textbook Fund or the Student Travel Fund.
