Winter Dance Concert 2022

L INDENWOOD UNI VERS I TY MAKENNA BLOUGH originally from Osage Beach, Missouri, is currently a Sophomore at Lindenwood University in St.Charles, Missouri. She is working to achieve her BFA in Contemporary Dance. Makenna has a background in contemporary, ballet, improv, jazz, hip hop, and ballroom dance. Besides being a student, she is a choreographer for Relevé Dance Academy’s Performance Company. Makenna has had the opportunity to perform in the Fall concert in 2021 and will perform in this year’s Winter and Spring concerts. Makenna plans to one day be a choreographer for studios and companies. SOPHIE BLUM from Saint Louis, Missouri, is a sophomore at Lindenwood University pur- suing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Contemporary, as well as a minor in Dance Studio Management. She began her dance training at the age of three at Studio C Dance and continues to teach there. Sophie is a member of the Lindenwood University Lion Line Dance Team, winning a double national title in jazz and hip hop at UDA Nationals in April of 2021. After college, Sophie hopes to work profession- ally in the dance world in any way she can, while continuing to teach and choreograph.
