Students will no longer complete an Initial Assessment Survey. Students who test positive for COVID should work with their instructors, supervisors, athletics, and activities coordinators to get a medical accommodation. Students may be asked to provide a doctor’s note if a prolonged absence is expected.
Students should follow recommendations from the CDC and/or their healthcare provider should they test positive for COVID-19 or if they are exposed to COVID-19.
